We always find the best way to shape your dreams
Every day our creativity is taken to the extreme in the art of developing innovative, daring and, not least, projects that are in fact viable.
Our creative team is made up of architecture, design and visual communication professionals.
All projects are developed after constructive feasibility studies together with the production team.
This is one of our differentials, a close service, alignment of expectations with realistic projects and with a high capacity for enchantment.
Our Creative Process
Brainstorming
After receiving the briefing, this is the phase in which the team throws all the ideas on the table, no matter how unusual they may seem. Then, after a brief feasibility discussion, a list of three or four of the most promising are selected.
Idea Shaping
Right after we have reached a reduced list of possibilities, the team starts by defining which one will be the most promising and winning. As normally each project only advances after a competition, the whole team needs to be comfortable defending the idea that is most likely to win.
Technical drawing
Technical drawing starts promptly in AUTOCAD with first drafts being sketched. All designs are scrutinized by architects who not only validate the structural part, but also begin to establish the guidelines for construction detailing.
3D lifting
Assuming that the validation phase of the idea has already been passed with the client, the 3D survey begins under the technical drawing. The project starts by gaining textures and volume, where most people only here actually begin to see how the idealization of the proposal will be. It should be noted that, in this matter, our team only works with cutting-edge software such as, for example. 3DMax, Unreal and in some cases Maya.
Adjustments and Approval
After presenting the 3D to the client and taking advantage of the wave of enchantment that normally occurs, some pertinent adjustments always appear, both from the point of view of observations/changes that may arise in the middle, as well as from the commercial point of view, when it is verified that the project may fall well outside the budget ceiling.
final rendering
With all the adjustments pre-approved, a slightly longer stage begins, which has to do with rendering the parts in HIGH quality. Usually these projects are presented in the form of a projection and in order to achieve the most incredibly realistic level of detail, you have to go through a rendering that requires a considerable machine-hour cost.
